
It has been almost two years since I have been running routinely. In high school, I hated running, but as an adult, it gave me the "me time" that I need to keep my sanity. I ran a few times last week, and will be running everyday this week. I ran for about an hour today, it was SO nice. Running after I have put on some weight, had faced its challenges. Suddenly, it feels as if I am bouncing a spare tire around my mid-section. Nice, anyway I will keep you posted to how my new(old) habit will be progressing.
